Amongst so many amazing things happening in our community at the moment, from incredible volunteers representing young women at the Cancer Nurses Society Of Australia (CNSA) conference in Perth last week and at The Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC) (MASCC/ISOO) Conference this week in Melbourne…. oh and the fabulous @jo Lovelock presenting in Malaysia about the Pregnancy Associated Cancers project at @reach to recovery international we did a thing….
So Brave – Australia’s Young Women’s Breast Cancer Charity Founder and Managing Director Rachelle Panitz GAICD MFIA and Cancer Australia CEO Prof Dorothy Keefe signed a National Partnership Agreement to work together to improve outcomes in cancer. This Agreement signifies the important work that So Brave has been doing in the area of breast cancer in young women, Pregnancy and Postpartum Associated Cancers across cancers in women, issues impacting early onset cancers and mental health for young women affected by any cancer. We very much look forward to working together with Cancer Australia to continue to step towards important outcomes, closing gaps and filling unmet needs through the Australian Cancer Plan’s implementation.
